S&P may have downgraded their credit rating and they’ve started non-renewing on leases, but not all of their theaters are going to close, IMO. Major speculation here, but surely somebody else will buy some of their theaters if all this madness continues into the summer months.
Who that will be, maybe Cinemark or Regal the two other big players, if they have any cash left, that is. These are very tough times for movie theaters.
